Dedicated Project Manager: Ongoing Contact Person
For all projects, big or small, we assign a dedicated project manager who serves as a main point of contact regardless of which other team members are involved with the project. Customers work together with project managers to create and maintain a detailed work plan which serves as the project blueprint. The project plan details tasks, deadlines and deliverables.
If more than one JBS staff member works on your project over time, it is the project manager's responsibility to bring all of our staff up to speed; you do not need to lose time on the learning curve.
Rigorous Hiring Process
Every JBS employee undergoes a rigorous hiring process that includes:
- A series of interviews
- Reference checking
- Writing test
- Psychometric test
